Andreas began his career with Laiki Investments in Cyprus and subsequently joined HSBC Investment Bank in London, UK, where he played a pivotal role in some of the most significant stock exchange listings and mergers & acquisitions in Cyprus. His work also extended to leading privatization projects across South East Europe, with sectoral coverage including energy, banking, telecommunications, and tourism.
After his investment banking tenure, Andreas founded his own corporate finance advisory firm, providing strategic guidance to corporate clients and institutional investors. Leveraging his deep industry insights, he advised on portfolio diversification strategies and cultivated an extensive global network of clients and associates.
In 2019, Andreas co-founded a Private Equity Fund focused on ESG investments in Europe, capitalizing on his strong relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. Following the Fund’s licensing by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC), he successfully deployed capital into vetted projects, primarily in Greece, furthering sustainable investment practices. In this venture, Andreas is committed to fostering sustainable investment practices, empowering businesses to achieve growth while advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. His strategic mindset, coupled with his extensive financial expertise, continues to drive impactful results across diverse industries and markets.
He also serves as a non-Executive Director for several financial services groups regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, where he contributes his financial acumen and strategic oversight to drive organizational growth and compliance.
Andreas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Quantitative Methods from the University of East Anglia, UK, and an MBA from Imperial College London, with a thesis on “Introducing Venture Capital in Cyprus.” He is a Certified Person by CySEC, holding its Advanced Certificate, and is a licensed stockbroker accredited by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission.

Over his extensive career, Christis has served on the Boards of Directors of various private companies, as well as prominent quasi-public corporations, including the Electricity Authority of Cyprus and the Cyprus Tourism Organisation. His roles in these organizations have honed his strategic and leadership capabilities, contributing to his reputation as a forward-thinking, resilient professional.
Notably, Christis’s tenacity was put to the test with the Waste Tyre Pyrolysis project, a pioneering initiative he has been developing since 2017. His commitment to this project highlights his dedication to sustainable innovation and his adeptness in navigating complex markets to achieve impactful results.
Christis holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary’s College, London University, and an MSc in Economics of Development from the University of Surrey. His academic background, combined with his deep industry experience, underscores his status as a skilled market opportunist and strategic thinker, driving forward impactful projects with a strong foundation in economics and sustainability.
As Co-Founder and investor in Impactus Ltd, Konstantinos has driven the development of ESG-focused investment strategies across Europe, establishing a diversified portfolio that delivers both financial returns and sustainable impact. His commitment to ESG principles is evident in projects that address pressing environmental and societal needs, creating resilient, long-term value for investors. Beyond his role in Impactus, Konstantinos is an active investor with a focus on FinTech, technology startups, energy and real estate, demonstrating a dedication to fostering innovation and growth in high-potential sectors.
In addition to his leadership at Impactus, Konstantinos serves as a Non-Executive Director for multiple financial services entities regulated by CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus. His clientele includes venture capital firms, investment bankers, and private equity fund managers, who seek his expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and risk mitigation. Known for delivering tailored solutions that maximize returns while managing risk, Konstantinos’s deep expertise in transaction structuring, financial modelling, tax planning, compliance, and performance reporting positions him as a trusted advisor across a diverse spectrum of industries, including technology, FMCG, energy, and finance.
Konstantinos holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and an MBA from Cardiff Business School. As a Chartered Accountant (ACA) since 2005 and a ‘Certified Person’ by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission (CySEC) with an Advanced Certificate, he is also a certified tutor accredited by HRDA. Konstantinos’s extensive network, strategic foresight, and commitment to responsible investment make him a forward-thinking leader, dedicated to driving financial solutions that deliver both profitability and positive societal impact.
She brings a wealth of experience in the Cyprus Fund industry from her role as a senior associate at PwC Fund Services Limited, where she was a member of the fund licensing and advisory department. In this role, she contributed to ensuring clients’ compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Prior to her tenure at PwC Fund Services Ltd, she acquired extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&As), corporate law and compliance during her time at Constantinou Panayiotou & Co LLC (GCP Law). In this role, she was actively involved in the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. Additionally, she was a member of the litigation department at GCP Law, where she represented clients before the Cyprus Courts.
She currently holds the position of an in-house legal advisor at Impactus Ltd and serves as a Director and Compliance Officer for a regulated entity.
Maria holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law and an LL.B. from the University of Leicester. She is a registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association (Reg. No. 5482) and holds the CySEC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Certificate.
His expertise encompasses a robust technical proficiency in corporate administration, management reporting, and compliance, along with an in-depth knowledge of complex accounting requirements for funds and regulated entities. He is skilled in delivering high-end, tailored corporate management and administration solutions to institutional, corporate, and private high-net-worth clients.
In addition to his extensive experience in corporate administration and compliance, Leonidas Papadopoulos has a strong background in taxation, specializing in both corporate and personal tax planning. He has provided expert guidance on value-added tax (VAT), international tax structures, and intellectual property (IP) tax matters.
Currently, Mr. Papadopoulos serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Impactus Ltd and holds directorships across various entities, including regulated organizations.
